Carl Moyer Funding Application 
Modoc County is now accepting an application for the 2020 Carl Moyer Funding! Applications are DUE no later than 4:00 PM on April 30th, 2020. Applicants need to farm 80% in Modoc County and 80% in California to be considered. Applications can be delivered to the following address: 202 W. 4th St Alturas, CA 96101 or P.O. FARMER Program Application 
FARMER program is to help California's agricultural industry to reduce emissions to help meet federal ozone and particulate matter air quality standards. Applicants can apply to Off-Road Agricultural Equipment, On-Road Agricultural Truck, Zero-Emission Agricultural UTV, and Infrastructure. Round 1 for application deadlines is Feb 1-March 1, 2020 and Round 2 for application deadlines are May 1-July 1, 2020.
