Carl Moyer Funding Application
Modoc County is now accepting applications for the 2021 Carl Moyer Funding! Modoc County is asking for applications to be turned in by January 1st, 2021 to be considered for other grant opportunities! Applicants need to farm 80% in Modoc County and 80% in California to be considered. Applications can be delivered to the following address: 202 W. 4th St Alturas, CA 96101 or P.O. FARMER Program Application
FARMER program is to help California's agricultural industry to reduce emissions to help meet federal ozone and particulate matter air quality standards. Applicants can apply to Off-Road Agricultural Equipment, On-Road Agricultural Truck, Zero-Emission Agricultural UTV, and Infrastructure. Round 1 for application deadlines is Feb 1-March 1, 2020 and Round 2 for application deadlines are May 1-July 1, 2020.
